just look up a state, if Nader's listed under candidates he's on the ballot, if not he has yet to make the ballot or missed the deadline. The deadline's above so you can check what's the case.

even though Illinois is safe, it's good to keep Nader off as many ballots as possible to cripple his campaign. I was happy when he failed in Texas, although we have no chance there anyway.

According to DC, Nader only has 4 states: Florida, Colorado, Mississippi and Illinois (now being disputed)

I think the standards in FL are insanely easy though, just a $500 fee or something. too bad.
