The single most idiotic thing ElectionsGuy ever said (and there's TONS of competition) was saying that Minneapolis would vote for such a thing if it was on the ballot. LOL!`

Racially discriminatory laws are examined by the courts with a strict scrutiny test. Is the legislation that discriminates on the basis of race narrowly tailored to achieve a compelling governmental interest? If it isn't, then it gets struck down. What would be the compelling reason to tax white people worse than black people?

They deserve it for being white
