Red = have, blue = have not:

I was a bit surprised thinking about it and thinking that no Las Vegas or New Orleans bands...but I honestly can't think of any.

Foreign countries:

Australia (Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria)
Canada (Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba)
United Kingdom (England, Scotland)
France (Uh, really don't know besides Paris)
Germany (Aachen and Cologne, surprisingly nothing from Berlin)
Sweden (wherever Umea is)
Norway (Oslo)
Japan (I think Tokyo is it)

Don't you live in Massachusetts? A bit surprising considering how many I saw in North Dakota.

North Dakotans generally have a lack of options for entertainment, so they would be more likely to try to create it themselves.
That is true to some extent and I could write some things about the early 00s North Dakota scene that I have on other places where I know people might find it more interesting (obviously there's other places where people would show more interest in hardcore and emo bands playing in North Dakota than here), but still doesn't change that there would be far more opportunities to see bands in Massachusetts than in North Dakota.

I've seen comedians from Alberta and Ontario, but never any bands.
Don't you live in Charlotte? Tons of emo and hardcore bands play there, I'd advise checking out at least one show, it might blow your mind.

0/52+, sadly. Bands rarely come to Mississippi. I did see Yes and Elton John here, and I drove to Nashville about 10 years ago to see The Who.

Arguably, you could put Alabama on the list, since I've seen Taylor Hicks twice, but both were at halftime of a football game, not really a full concert. And I'm also not counting local bands that happened to be playing at bars while I was there.
You can do that. I am in my list.
