Probably an exchange with McConnell-you convict him, bar him from running again, and I’ll pardon him for “unity.”

Biden has already said that he's not going to get involved in impeachment at all. Constitutionally it's a Senate issue and not under his purview and therefore he'll just leave it for the Senate to handle.
