Let's see:
-no you don't frequently see women in burkas. I've lived here over a decade and I have never ONCE seen a woman in a burka.
-You don't hear a call to prayer just walking down the street from mosques. Never once heard it. Not surprising either when you consider what Minneapolis mosques are like. Hard to do that from an old industrial warehouse or rented out old office space.
-There are no Wal-Marts in Minneapolis.

She also said Somalis are "displacing" the Anglo population, the white population of Minneapolis is actually increasing. And Somalis are not even the fifth largest ethnic group in the city.
