This has always irked me a lot about her. Harris not only handled truancy by...prosecuting the parents of the kids skipping school, something that should be unconstitutional, she actually boasted about it and campaigned on it. So proud of family separation, and massive fines on already struggling families and then locking up parents who couldn't afford them. Its not only disgusting, its something she bragged about!

Parents are also charged in Pennsylvania for truancy. This just seems like a targeted attack on Harris.
