Would you rather live in France or Uzbekistan?

The righties hate Chirac so much and they love Karimov so much, so I wonder which they would prefer to have as their head.

I know that this is BRTD, but what kind of stupid question is this?

Though I stated that I'd hate to live in either but ultimately said I'd go with Uzbekistan, I'd probably just go to France and be miserable there since at least I wouldn't be the only Roman Catholic there. I also wouldn't have to live in constant fear since Uzbekistan isn't exactly the best promoters of human rights.

I'd try to live ask close to the border with Italy as possible.
