Tweed should be banned with the prospect of coming back after a period of time if he can reprove himself on AAD and show legitimate remorse. (Yes, I know using AAD as a barometer will never happen.)

about holding off on making any big decisions until things cool down, but I cannot imagine a universe in which Dave ever allows Tweed back.  Hamilton and Atheist2006 have better chances of being allowed back.

Don't be too down BRTD.  His existing posts will still be here.  You can still quote "The Group" post whenever you want to.

He was on the forum for half his life. When the same amount of time has elapsed from his last post as was from his last post from his first post, it'll be 2027, meaning that whoever is elected in 2016 can not possibly be President even if re-elected. THIS IS A BIG DEAL.

As I've said before, I can't see how Jesus would ever permanently ban someone.

Now temp bans I've come around to realizing are perhaps something I could see Jesus doing, but never a permaban. I mean Jesus didn't even "permaban" Saul/Paul, whose crimes against Christians were far worse than the crimes of Tweed against the forum. So any type of permanent ban I just see as wrong.
