Doesn't Bushie's father work 60 hours a week typically?

I don't know if he gets paid hourly or what he does, but let's assume he does get paid hourly and gets paid pretty well at $20/hour. So any OT is $30/hour. So if Bushie's cable package is $150/month, then his father is working more than 5 hours a month (consider taxes too) just so Bushie can watch a college football game in Tulsa every couple weeks. And that's based on some generous assumptions.

Yeah Bushie's parents need to crack down HARD on this.

Getting a Master's has to be more difficult than simply holding down the relatively low skilled and not all that difficult jobs Bushie constantly gets fired from. Plus while everyone who's graduated college knows it's not that difficult to skip class constantly and still pass (at least in some majors) that's probably not true for a graduate program, and Bushie is likely going to be missing multiple classes a week because of his tummyaches or his headache going up to a grade 4 and will probably miss an entire day of class if it ever snows. Remember that he basically phoned it in at CADD school and appears to have just barely passed, and a master's program will be far more unforgiving to things like not doing his final project than some community college CADD program. Bushie wouldn't have any chance of actually getting an MBA.

I kind of think Bushie actually WANTS to get fired. Then he can return to Tulsa full time to "look for a job" and spend 15 minutes a day looking for and sending out applications and the rest of the day watching fourth-tier college football teams on his super-deluxe cable package and napping.

My "celebration" of Kiritimati (and every other time zone until New York) will be simply watching their clock turn to midnight on the World Clock at www.timeanddate.com.  I can also see the map traverse across the world from east to west all day on New Year's Eve.

Then why get up 45 minutes early for that? You could just set your alarm 5 minutes early and still do it. Hell I don't wake up 45 minutes before I leave to work even.

I never read the Left Behind books, but based on the reviews I read that were written mostly to roast them: The main villain was the Secretary General of the UN, and a former Prime Minister of Romania. The Pope did join up in his new religion of the totalitarian state he established, but that's because that Pope was appointed after the Rapture, and the initial Pope was raptured.

None of which of course has anything to do with anything in the Bible.

Can't speak for Bushie but the reason I'd never be Catholic is I'd never associate with a church that doesn't permit women to be pastors or leaders. Of course that would also exclude me from being a Southern Baptist.

I'm sure most people Bushie associates with find him calling himself "daddy" and all that quite creepy just as we do, but probably just don't say anything about it. After all if I met someone in real life who was saying such things I'd be like "OKayyyyy" and just never bring it up again.
