Where would one even come across a cougar on a college campus? I never see any at any parties obviously, and almost never at the bars. Hooking up with one would entail greater luck than hooking up with a 20 year old [10].

College towns obviously aren't the best places to look for them, but imagine you're a hot 40something woman who wants to pick up some younger guys, where would you go looking for them? Of course the ratio of said women to guys in college towns is no doubt greater than 1000:1.
