As I said before officepark, I don't care about or strive to be a "better Christian" than anyone else. Funnily this kind of ties into part of pastor's sermon today about how he often got pretty upset at other Christians (though it sounded like it moreso for being self-righteous and ego-filled) but how as the covered chapter in Ephesians stated, we need to get along anyway and can't let anger and hate consume us. Which is EXACTLY what I was struggling with until a few months ago too. I mean I think a lot of other churches and groups promote sin in their attitudes toward homosexuals, and don't even get me started on your church (and no, I'm not even talking about pedophile priests but rather established policies of the church that I see as sinful), but it's not my place to judge, and back when I was judge it certainly wasn't helping me in any way. I am SO thankful to God for helping free me of that and am so glad for it to be gone. It's a massive burden that's no longer there.
Here's a verse that I've quoted a lot because I really should've listened to long ago:
I advise you heed it too. What do you think you accomplish with your "HA THIS PROVES YOU ARE NOT A CHRISTIAN!" posts anyway? For the record they do not offend me. And true to above, I bear no grudge toward you.
