Yes.  Read the article.  And no, a sitting legislator who breaks the laws he is responsible for writing isn't a FF.  He is a hypocrite.

Uh no. That's like saying if a Republican legislator votes against stricter gun laws and is then arrested for violating them he's a hypocrite. It's only hypocritical if you vote for and support those laws.
