Now that is dumb. The little bit at the end with the "McCain-Feingold-incumbent-protection-mandated" thing is even dumber since that doesn't apply to web ads.

There is not an ounce of substance in the ad. It's the worst of nothing but meaningless platitudes.

Also she looks and sounds like she's 20. Now that might be deliberate, but I'm not sure it's the type of image someone running for Senate wants to project.

I don't know if Blumenthal has already made any ads with some of these, he might have, but cutting these stories to 30-second bits would make great ads.
