Changed it up a bit:

Scott Walker - Corporate thug.
Sam Brownback - Incompetent homophobe.
Mary Fallin - See above.
Rick Scott - Criminal.
Andrew Cuomo - Man of the one percent.

Dishonorable mention to Tom Corbett, who only dodged the list because won't be Governor anymore soon.
