The interior west - Technically speaking, Santa Fe, NM. The MSA is coterminous with Santa Fe County, which gave Obama 73 percent of the vote in 2012. The Boulder, CO MSA (Boulder County) comes pretty close, giving Obama nearly 70 percent of the vote.

The south - Laredo, TX. The MSA is coterminous with Webb County, which gave Obama 76 percent of the vote in 2012.

I believe Asheville, NC went >60% for Obama in 2012.
I wouldn't be shocked if Asheville went over 70% Obama, but the metro area barely voted for Romney at about 50.7%.

Asheville itself went 73% for Obama in 2008, but the metro area was 50-48 Romney in 2012.
