It's funny to see how both Clinton, Trump and Pence are doing extremely poorly in their respective home states, Arkansas, New York and Indiana. Though technically, one culd argue that Illinois is in fact Hillary's home state - just like Hawaii was technically Obama's home state - and Hillary is of course doing extremely well in Illinois. The only one, other than Hillary in Illinois and New York, who's actually cruising in his home state, is Tim Kaine.
At least the Democrats are having a feast in three of their four home states, while the Republicans are struggling like crazy in both of their home states. Maybe we should add Kansas as well as a Clinton home state, since her parents (or at least one of them?) was born and raised there? In fact Obama and Clinton have more in common than meets the eye at first: Illinois, Kansas, and the Irish sides of Obama/Kaine. Which is kind of funny.
