Ronald smiled or laughed 86% of his time in the public eye.

So far though, Carly Fiorina has only smiled or laughed 2.3% of the time she's been in the public eye.

I'm no expert (only Nancy Reagan is) yet I get the feeling that she's no Ronald Reagan.

Having said that however, I DO get the feeling that Hillary Clinton might be a new Ronald Reagan.
