AYE, however, so we can keep the language about making sure the federal matching funds aren't gamed by being withdrawn immediately. DC, I will totally support an amendment removing the tax and cleaning up the language from over here across the aisle.
What difference does it make if it is withdrawn before or after 20 years?
I just wanted to prevent gaming the system by grabbing the matching funds and then withdrawing them immediately, instead of using this as a long term savings account.
