There were 127 valid votes in the Presidential election, and 105 so far (with 2 being exhausted before reaching the Griffin-Lumine stage). To bridge the 9 vote gap (including the most recent vote since butafly's update), 22 additional valid ballots cast would require 16 of the 22 to go to Griffin in some form in the 2nd round.

I would be amazed if that happened.
