No chance. Giuliani is the only Republican who would have any chance at Michigan, and even then only if the war wasn't an issue.

Romney probably wouldnt win Michigan in the general election, but he has a great shot at the primary there.

If he wins Iowa and New Hampshire, then I would agree. But he's not doing so well in the polls here now.
