Here's to hoping you get your ballot on time.
If it ends up being a widespread problem, hopefully a judicial order can be put in to allow ballots to count if they are postmarked one day after they were received if they were received after the election. Sounds like the state probably has a huge backlog of ballots to send out and are understaffed; certainly not an uncommon situation for state government.
