I know there used to be one in the old pre-Windows Word. Plus of course there's Excel...

Just go to your Start Menu, All Programs, and then Accessories. Should be right there if you have Windows XP. If it's an older Windows, it should still be in the Accessories folder.

Kind of weird that New Haven went from most GOP to most Dem from 1896 to 1900, especially since the candidates were the same for both parties.
