The idea that Pennsylvania is going to defy political gravity and that Dems have some special sauce there compared to other like-minded states is getting real old. I remember after 2018 the idea was that PA was supposed to be the strongest of the rust belt battlegrounds for Dems after their landslide wins for Senate and Governor, yet that ended up being Michigan, and Pennsylvania was very close. I would actually think the state with the strongest Dem showing in 2020 and an incumbent is the best bet for Democrats (Michigan), but I think Republicans are favored at least slightly in all of them.
