The most Republican I can find is a 65+ year old white male in Mississippi with some college education: 8% Democrat!

As far as most likely and least likely to vote.

Least likely: White male 18-29 without high school in West Virginia (10%)
Most likely: White women 65+ with postgraduate degrees in Minnesota (95%)
