Paul Ryan is okay, better than most Republicans. Will probably vote for him in the future so long as there's not a (non-joke) Libertarian running.

How so? Which Republicans would you not vote for?

Being the Chairman of the House Budget Committee helps. His focus on fiscal matters and actually proposing stuff makes him better than most Republicans. He's pretty terrible on foreign policy but his good positions outweigh the bad. I probably would not vote for 80% of Republicans in Congress at this point.
