Southern Campbell County. I know this from experience. (Northern Campbell County actually isn't that bad.)

What about Oldham and Bullitt counties? (Both exurban Louisville)

Campbell is probably much worse if you just count the southern half. Obama won Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, Woodlawn, Silver Grove, and possibly Highland Heights, yet Romney still managed to win the county by 23%. How Republican does the southern half have to be for that to happen?

I think Republicans in Oldham County might be a little more like the GOP of 30 years ago. They have money, but I think some of them are a little more wary of the Tea Party.

Campbell County also has that crazy school system.

I'm guessing you live in Campbell County? I can tell you Obama definitely didn't win Highland Heights and most likely didn't win Woodlawn or Silver Grove. Some precincts in Southern Campbell County went >70% McCain (and probably >70% Romney). They are much less of the population, HOWEVER they have much higher turnout than the urban northern part of the county. Here is a shot of 2008 results in the three Cincinnati suburb counties using Dave's app.

Great R/D = 65%+
Good R/D = 57-65%
Fair R/D = 51%-57%
Even = 49-51 Either way

I would think Boone County would be worse for you, basing off the results. You seem to act like Campbell County is a nightmare. It would be funny if you lived in some of the super republican areas downstate near London or Somerset.

If that's the case, then the rural areas of the county swung HARD for Romney.

Milwaukee's western suburbs do have a fairly large evangelical presence ( Elmbrook Church, for example). I once met some people from Brookfield who exclaimed, "but you're not black!!" after I told them I live in the actual city of Milwaukee. Creepy.

Everything between Madison and Milwaukee is mostly populated by white people who fled their old neighborhood when a black family moved in down the street.

That's not true, don't state things that only liberals think are true, please. This is where stereotypes come from.

Not even close! Either Baltimore or New Orleans, though both have cleaned up in recent years. Most cities have. The late 20th century was ridiculous!

Crime is going down, but still, the top 5 most dangerous (crime) cities in America are New Orleans, Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis, and Chicago.
