This is a good check-up on Nebraska (since no one pays attention to states like these). Sabato's Crystal Ball still has this as "likely R". I would argue this might be Safe R now. I just can't imagine Nebraska sending a democrat to Washington with Obama in the White House.

If Bob Kerrey runs, it instantly becomes Toss-up/Tilt D race. He won many elections back in the 90's.

You mean, Nebraska is going to elect a democrat in a sixth inch mid-term, who just lost in a D favoring presidential year?
