A caveat here is that there's a difference between believing he's guilty (which I would interpret as being reasonably confident) and being convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.

The jury will though, because the difference is going to be drilled into their heads in jury instructions and Closing Arguments. So what I mean is, most Americans believing he is guilty might mean the jury probably also believes he's guilty, but on its own that doesn't make it likely they will convict.
