79-18 is better than expected, but the 18 still need to be held accountable.

There's too many unrelated things lumped together for me to blame anybody voting against it.

They get a 3 month extension too so it's really a year I think. Maria Cantwell wouldn't support it until the deadline was extended. Don't know if Biden had any behind the scenes involvement. He always said he would sign the other bill as soon as it hit his desk.
