I think we can safely say that had the polls showed Hillary losing/tied in Michigan, she would've won the state. At least 10,000 nonvoters/third-party supporters would have begrudgingly voted for her had they thought they needed to.

Or a bunch of Trump supporters would have turned out when they saw the state was winnable. There's no way to know how it would have played out.
