Washington is not a swing state. So why bother stealing stuff from headquarters in a non-swing state? Doesn't make sense.

It was either;

A) Idiot(s) that think this helps the Democrats

B) A Republican that wants the Democrats to look bad

If they want to help the Democrats, they're already idiots by definition

Oh, I think that both parties have their share of idiots. But reality check here will tell you that the most highly educated people in the country swing heavy for the Democrats.
