At this point it looks as if SUSA definitely got the trend wrong, although they may well be right that the lead is wider than other polls are suggesting (though 18 points seems unlikely to me).

18 points would be a surprise to me as well.  I'm not sure if there is a trend, yet.  Hillary by 5-10 points?
