I'm sorry to hear about O'Connor's death.  I think he is the second or third Pittsburgh mayor to die in office since 1980.

His successor, Council President Luke Ravenstahl was suppose to have been worn in this evening.  Ravenstahl graduated from high school in 1998, so he's probably in his mid-twenties.
