Obama's national numbers on both Gallup and Rasmussen have rebounded, even looking at the weekly Gallup numbers.

Stating the obvious:

Rasmussen had Obama underwater, but close, consistently.  He has been running in a 6 point range, generally around 48%, and reasonably stable since January 1.

Gallup shows about an 8-13 point gap with declining numbers.

PPP, which isn't a tracking poll, looks remarkably like Gallup.

It is strange that the only place Obama is doing "well" is Rasmussen.
