So it's Romney +3% with the PPP bias accounted for.

PPP does NOT have a 6 point house bias.

No major pollster--even Rasmussen--does.

Honestly, I would not be surprised if PPP's greater than +3.  Some of their numbers look like they are way off.

They look like that because you decided so.

No, they look very bad, when compared to other polls.  MO was the place where it was really striking.  The three other polls showed Romney with double digit leads; PPP had it +6.
