Actually reading the endorsement, it's poorly written and their argument doesn't really make sense. They must be really butt hurt about Obama not letting their interview be published on the record.

He let them.

Pretty lame that their endorsement is made with the acknowledgement that they aren't sure which Romney they'll get.

"if the real Mitt Romney"

But yeah, I'm sure this will hurt Obama.

Well, I've seen a lot worse.

Don't forget that the last Republican they endorsed was Richard Nixon.

Who won 49 states.  Smiley

Seriously, we have a thread for newspaper endorsements.

Forbes goes for the President. Commies.

Forbes Magazine endorsed OBAMA?!?!? Shocked

To paraphrase JFK, that's like the Osservatore Romano not endorsing the Pope.

It was just their token liberal columnist there, not the editors.

Or like Martin Luther not endorsing the Pope.  Wink

And still, East Coast Establishment magazine endorses fellow elitist.

What Obama failed to understand, is that most of that 47% don't want to be in that 47%.

Yes, because Obama's coalition of Latinos, Asians, African Americans, inner-city whites, and young people are elitists.

Willard Mitt Romney's coalition of suburban and rural whites (mainly male) is a freaking representative rainbow coalition. Nothing says people's champion like Mitt Romney.

That coalition is increasingly shrinking.  I think now it might be a good time to ask why.

Coming from the party that is 87% white and 54% male? You know the Democrats do not have the same medium and long-term problems as Republicans.

Don't want to ask the question.  Interesting.

Centre Daily Times, State College, PA endorses Obama.  They did not endorse in 2008.

As I often say about this newspaper:  "The comments are brutal."
