The only thing that I could see is that Obama is the bullet, at least in regard to the black community from an economic standpoint.

The "accent" was more pronounced in the SC speech, which I called the greatest public speech since the "I Have a Dream" speech.

The very fact that he is president makes blacks equal to whites in this country.  It is an affirmation of the American dream.  There is no unbalancing, no place that a black man or woman can't reach.  Overt insitutional racism ceased to exist the moment he became president.

Is... is this a joke?

There is some logic to that, but not a lot.

You can no longer argue that the country is racist as a whole.  That does not mean that it is free of racism, or institutions that have a racist element.

Speaking from personal experience, it is fairly easy to fall into those speech patterns when talking with people with those speech patterns.  I don't find it unusual or improper.
