Bush isn't exactly popular in California, in case you'd missed it.

My point is, he'll be much more popular in CA in 2006, during his second term.

Gee, the Federal government didn't reduce the price of a commodity that CA couldn't get at the price they were paying anyhow.  You really sould read Atlas Shrugged.

As wasn't the reason for the problems Gray Davis's plan?
