FDR is better than Churchill in every way.

Atlee was certainly more productive than Truman on domestic policy.

Eisenhower wasn't perfect, but is better than both Churchill and Eden.

Macmillan was one of the better Tories, but JFK was still better.

Wilson was obviously better than LBJ, the Vietnam War being the key reason.

Nixon was the worse human being, but his policies are more tolerable than that of Heath.

Callaghan and Carter are remarkably similar, but I'm going to give a slight edge to Carter.

Reagan and Thatcher are both despicable. Reagan is marginally better, but as an American, I'm more tangibly affected by Reagan's negative legacy, so tempted to say Thatcher because of that.

Major is marginally better than Bush.

As much as I despise Blair, he is better than both Clinton and Bush.

Obama is so much better than Cameron.
