Fwiw, this is the scenario Foucaulf is proposing for either proposal regarding which laws would be in place at the time of the Mock Parliament's creation.
My intent is still more or less "make on the spot as someone asks." But I'll probably be adopting the legislative situation in the mid 2000s for both scenarios. Recent enough to relate for most players but before the wave of social liberalism hitting both (giving people a few easy bills to work on)
