I don't know of any active posters from Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Hawaii, North Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming. I have seen all of these in use at least once however, either by inactive posters or posters who switch around their avatars.

Party avatars I have never seen through any means:

D-DE
D-NM
D-WV
R-HI
R-KY
R-ND
R-WY
I had a D-NM avatar when I first joined because D-OR was already taken, but than I decided to become G-OR.

- Alabama (Only one I've seen recently was Flo's short time under D-AL)
- Alaska (I remember seeing one before, but can't remember the name)
- Arizona (Communists for McCain and The Arizonan are the only 2 I can think of)
- Arkansas (Only saw it as I-AR when Scott had it)
- Colorado (I've seen a L-CO, but besides that, there shockingly haven't been a lot of Coloradans)
- Delaware (What EG said)
- DC (I think there's at least one, but that's about it)
- Hawaii (Can't think of anyone with this)
- Idaho (Only IBDD and Bren)
- Iowa (There's a L-IA on here if I recall, but that's it)
- Louisiana (Only Miles)
- Maine (R2D2 had it for like a day if that counts lol)
- Maryland (Only Xahar)
- Missouri (Only Opebo and Spiral)
- New Hampshire (There's been a lot of them, but only Sawx stands out)
- New Mexico (Only King)
- North Dakota (The only one I remember seeing is a C-ND but I don't even remember where)
- West Virginia (Luckily, nobody who wasn't a sock from here)
- Wyoming (I remember Wyodon who was popular early on actually, but I guess he got the ban hammer to)
AK- Aksaber is from Alaska.
AR-JerryArkansas
CO- Indeed is from there.
DC- Krich, Nutmeg, and the Mikado
MD- Ilikeverin, Thomas D

Just a few of my choices:

North Dakota (never seen this ever)
West Virginia (only Yogi)
South Dakota (only TDAS04)
Kansas (only Tmth)
Alabama (never seen this
Mississippi (only Harry)
Louisiana (only Miles)
Wyoming (only Wyodon)
Montana (only Redalgo)
Idaho (only IBDD)
New Mexico (only King)
Arizona (only seen a few times, for its population it is considerably underrepresented)
Delaware (never seen one)
Maine (only seen a few times)

A lot of these are underrepresented for obvious population reasons.
KS-Kcguy and an I-KS whose name I can't remember.
