Right bear arms is an unassailable right.
No, it's a right, but must be restricted somewhat.

Oppose restrictions on the right to bear arms.
Above.

Loosen restrictions on interstate gun purchases.
Disagree, the status quo is acceptable.

Allow veterans to register unlicensed guns.
No, that makes no sense.

Recognize heritage of hunting and shooting on federal lands.
As an environmentalist, I can't accept this.

No background checks at gun shows.
Gun shows are not an exception.

More penalties for gun violations.
Agree.

Guns don't have to be sold with trigger locks.
Neutral

Prohibition remains on suing gun manufacturers and sellers for gun misuse.
Depends on the kind of lawsuit. A malfunction, yes, but not sure about others.

National cross-state standard for concealed carry.
No.

Ban on gun registration and trigger lock law in Washington D.C.
Also no.

No permit needed to purchase a firearm or assault weapon.
Hell no. Ban assault weapons and require registery for everything else.

No license required to own a firearm or assault weapon.
Above.

Allow for open carry outside of cities with exception of legal officials.
Lean disagree.

Require permits to carry on a shall issue basis.
Agree.

Require 12 hour training class before allowing open carry.
Yes.

One day waiting period for purchase of a firearm as opposed to 3 days.
Fine with either.

Magazines holding more than 31 rounds considered as automatic firearms.
Undecided.

Guns must be kept in a locker room at courthouses.
Sure, but prefer more restrictions. Why would you need them in a courthouse at all?

No guns on or near schools and churches.
YES

Maintain current hunting laws to protect hunted species from going extinct.
Edit: Increase regulations to prevent extinction.
 
Firearms in Vehicles:
 
1. In a closed package, box, or case.
2. In a compartment that can only be reached by leaving the vehicle.
3. In plain sight and secured in a rack or holder.
4. Must be unloaded.

Agree with this.
