I thought Conservatives were supposed to be patriotic?
Of course I am.  I just so happens to think that if Her Majesty kept Canada under direct control, all of it, it would have been much better for Canada.  We're less mature than the United States, and we have a French problem.  Only one country in the world knew how to deal with the French at that time... England.
