Surprise these thread isn't bigger as this is the top story

Considering no one knows the contents of the memo at the moment, it's kind of hard to talk about.

Don't know why there's anything inherently bad about this aside from the fact that they don't want anyone to see the Dems version of the memo.

They did vote to allow the whole House to see the Dem counter memo, so expect it to be leaked soon

Glad we now know for certain that Christopher Wray is a truly independent FBI director.

Yup.

Apparently the memo has been read and will be “returned” to the House with redactions based on the FBI’s input. Aka the WH won’t release and is making it Toady Devin’s problem.

The narrative is set, and much damage is done. I honestly doubt the memo is released... the idea of it is more valuable than the reality

Memo’s out. Apparently Byron York (surprise surprise) was first reporter to have it.

What odds do people have on Christopher Wray resigning in the near future? I'd say 4 in 10.

Low, but that’s just me.

So wait, the memo says that the counter-intelligence investigation of the Trump campaign began with Papadopoulos months before the Steele Dossier was made? Devin Nunes is incredibly stupid.

Was just about to mention this

From a writer at The Federalist:

Gabe Malor, in fairness, is an honest broker on this matter, unlike Sean Davis and company. Tom Nichols contributes at the Federalist occasionally too, and he’s even more anti-Trump:

The problem is that the search warrant was based on the dossier, and the FBI knew that the dossier was funded by the DNC.

That might be sufficient to throw out the convictions, on top of everything else.

Uh... no. That’s your takeaway? Really?
