There's a special place in hell for the NC GOP. I know that I'm a "red avie hack", but I wouldn't say that about any old state GOP (maybe Wisconsin is close to being as bad, but that's about it). This go far beyond a reasonable "check" on a Governor.

Agreed. Many state GOPs run their states pretty well, places like Utah and Tennessee come to mind.

NC most certainly does not
