Eh, seems like a pretty standard ad for the 2021 GOP. It's pretty clear she's hoping the 49% of the electorate that went for Trump can be enough for a majority in a midterm year which is a pretty reasonable assumption. Bashing California and spooky illegals is, I assume, a pretty easy way to get red meat points from the base.

Seems like a pretty savvy way to start off, honestly. Remains to be seen if she can make a compelling case other than being what amounts to Generic R.
