I said in the second debate that I thought people were underestimating Obama for that type of format and were highly overestimating McCain.  Couldn't put my finger on why, but it turns out that in a town hall debate, he tries to act like its a real town hall.

For this debate, I should point out:  Historically, Obama has been at his worst in debate performances when sitting down.  McCain has put in some very good performances sitting down, but some not-so-good ones also.

We'll shall see.

But on the inverse, Obama has his best relative debate performances in economic discussions.

True.  Of course, I think style and surroundings are more important than debate topics, but I tend to look at things in an odd way sometimes.

Must be Joe the Plumber's election.  I wonder if Joe will be on afterwards to give us his thoughts.  I hate it when life starts imitating a bad Hollywood movie.
