It'll take time to catch on, but Czechia flows so much better. It has a strong first syllable and two weak syllables (one if you pronounce it Check-ya). That's much better than Czech Republic (Check Re-pub-lik). The k sound in Czech is followed by "Re", which is a strong consonant followed by a weak consonant,. This is followed by a stronger 2nd syllable "pub". As an added bonus, Czechia follows its neighbors in sounding consistent: Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, etc. Freedom name.
