Mainly directed at Sam, but is there any chance that some independent voters unexpectedly broke late for Romney?  This could be the reason for McCain's low margin among Independents.

Someone please tell me things about Michigan and Nevada!

McCain has history on his side in Michigan and given that the Dem primary awards no delegates and is boycotted by Obama and Edwards he's gonna get independents.

I think Democrats can also vote in the Republican primary.
