Seriously, much of the complaining about Hillary's age is pure sexism.  If 69 was was not too old for St. Ronald, it won't be too old for Hillary.  The Republicans are the ones who nominated a 73-year-old in 1996 and a 72-year-old in 2008.

The swipe at The Golden Girls was potentially offensive to gay men as well. Two birds with one stone!

I've never understood the appeal of Golden Girls to gay men.

Perhaps we respect women instead of viewing them as sexual objects.  The Golden Girls are actually good-looking themselves, but too many straight men view women as only useful when they're young and dumb.
